What time period does ‘Revenue’ cover?
Revenue represents the total revenue from the data you supplied. This will be normalise in the future.
What time period does CLV project for?
CLV represents the predicted 3 year future revenue of a customer or customer base.
How do the accounts get placed into the categories such as ‘At risk’, ‘Champions’?
We classify customers into segments based on their churn rating (ie how 'alive' or 'dead' they are) and past + future revenue. Although this is something that will be refined on-going.
