Do I need to enter credit card details for the free trial?
No! Creating an account with Stratum is simple and we only require your name, work email, company name and password to get setup.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After your 30 day free trial Stratum will prompt you for billing information. Until you have updated us with your preferred monthly payment method, your customer insights will be inaccessible.
After subscribing, what happens to Stratum’s monthly cost if the size of my customer base changes?
Stratum’s dynamic pricing scales with your business to ensure you are only billed for customers who have completed transactions. You also have the option to mark individual accounts as ‘inactive’. Stratum automatically re-calculates your billing plan to reflect the size of your customer base.
Do you have Enterprise level support and plans?
